Hello, I’m Katherine, a science fiction writer with a twist. I love to mix science fiction with other genres, such as cozy mystery, romance, and fantasy. Why limit yourself to one genre when you can have more fun with two or more?

I have a background in engineering and worked for over two decades as an aerospace engineer. But I’ve always had a passion for stories and a vivid imagination. I grew up reading the classics of science fiction, such as Asimov, Clarke, and Bradbury. But I also enjoyed other types of books, especially cozy mysteries, sweet romances, and fantasies.

I decided to write the kind of books that I wanted to read: cross-genre science fiction that blends adventure, mystery, romance, and humor. My first novel is a science fiction cozy mystery that follows the adventures of a Cora who has the rare ability to sense other people’s emotions. It’s a fun puzzle that will keep you guessing until the end.

I’m currently working on more books in this series, as well as exploring other combinations of genres. My goal is to create unique and entertaining stories that appeal to a wide range of readers.

I live in New England with my daughter and husband. When I’m not writing or reading, we love to go for walks in nature, experience mini-vacations throughout the neighboring states, and enjoy good food.
